To demonstrate this commitment to continuous improvement, BoA has its procedures and processes externally audited by several third party organisations to gain independent accreditation to internationally recognised standards.
As a responsible company, we are aware of our responsibility to maintain the environment and carry out business in the most sustainable way. Our certification to international standard ISO 14001 – Environmental Management, demonstrates our on-going commitment.
To demonstrate this commitment to quality assurance, BoA management systems have been certified to international standard ISO 9001 – Quality which allows customers to have confidence in the product they are receiving from BoA.
Working in the steelwork market means that we are bound by the Construction Products Regulations (CPR) and must be able to UKCA mark all products we deliver and install. Our systems have been externally audited and certified compliant to EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 Execution Class 2 which allows us to UKCA mark all of our products.
To provide a complete service to our customers, we run a large fleet of commercial vehicles delivering products to sites. To be able to give customers confidence that this fleet is properly managed and maintained, we have our fleet procedures accredited under the Fleet Operators Recognition Scheme ‘FORS’. BoA are currently accredited to a 'FORS Silver' standard.
Also, we have gained independent accreditations to SSIP recognised standards SMAS and CHAS.
BoA is 100% committed to the health and safety of all its operatives with the goal of ensuring that everybody who comes to work in the morning, goes home at night safe and well. This ethos is re-enforced by BoA having it's health and safety systems certified to international standard ISO 45001 – Health & Safety. BoA recognises that health & safety goes hand in hand with quality and continuous improvement.
