Far East Facades are undertaking the façade package with BOA carrying out the balcony works. There are 609 balconies complete with fascias, soffits, decking and balustrades. All providing outdoor living areas for many of the luxurious apartments.
Development Overview:
The project is situated in the heart of Shoreditch giving BOA a great opportunity to showcase their workmanship, with some of the first balconies required for installation in the second quarter of 2019.
The stage will provide a total of 412 apartments rising above one of the largest new public piazzas in London. The project has a unique historical background and features a sunken amphitheatre showcasing the remains of Shakespeare’s Curtain Theatre.
BoA have been awarded the balcony package on the last phase at Fulham Reach.
BOA have been awarded the balcony package for phase 1 at Grand Union.
BOA has been awarded the balcony and terrace balustrade package at Westfields Cherry Park scheme.
