BOA have secured a significant metalwork order for Plots 13, 17 & 18 on Phase 3 of the Royal Wharf development. Plot 13 has a total of 184 bolt on balconies while plots 17 & 18 feature glazed terrace balustrades with fixed and sliding louvres. All three plots come with an abundance of further architectural metalwork including entrance canopies, stair balustrade, wall rails and privacy screens to name a few.
Development Overview
The Royal Wharf development is thought of as a new town within London, introducing 3,385 residential units to a prime riverside location. Jointly developed with Oxley Holdings Ltd, the development incorporates a high street, side streets, and the occasional mews, taking inspiration from the great estates that emerged in London.
